"I cannot thank you enough for creating such a fabulous birthday cake for Patrick's 1st birthday.  The mini cupcakes were amazing too and the theme worked perfectly.  They looked so fantastic it was almost a shame to eat them but somehow you have managed to make them taste even better than they look so they soon disappeared.  I am looking forward to our next celebration!"
